Common Causes of Payment Failure
Transaction declines may result from the following circumstances:

- 3D Secure Authentication Failure:
- Unverified one-time password (OTP) sent by your bank via SMS/email

- Exceeding per-transaction or daily spending limits imposed by your issuer
- Bank or Processor Errors:
- Technical disruptions from your financial institution or our payment gateway (Stripe)
