1. Policy Duration
We stand behind our products with a 7-days return policy. Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required
3. Return Process
a) Contact our Support Team at info@dickextension.com to request authorization
b) Upon approval, you'll receive:
- Prepaid return shipping label
- Detailed return instructions
- Designated return address
Note: Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Contact us promptly at info@dickextension.com for:
- Defective merchandise
- Shipping-related damage
- Incorrect items received
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product nature, we cannot accept returns of:
- Used intimate products (including opened cock sleeves/personal pleasure devices)
- Personal care items
- Custom/personalized goods
- Perishables (e.g., lubricants)
- Sale items & gift cards
Contact us for eligibility clarification before returning.
6. Exchanges
For fastest replacement:
1) Return original item following authorized process
2) Place new order after return acceptance
7. EU Customers: 7-Days Right of Withdrawal
Orders shipped to EU destinations may be canceled within 7 calendar days without justification. Standard return conditions (Section 2) apply.
8. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued within 10 business days after:
a) Receipt of return
b) Verification of compliance
- Refunds applied to original payment method
- Bank processing may require additional time
- Contact info@dickextension.com if refund doesn't appear within 15 business days of approval
